PRICE/PERSON

Treatments are one person at a time. The SPA Packages can be spread out over 6 months, starting from the first session. When you arrive for your first session, please come fifteen minutes early so we may create your own personal beauty file to ensure an even better experience.

SPA ETIQUETTE

HEALTH MATTERS
Please tell us about any health conditions you have such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or other health related concerns when booking your appointment.

SPA ATTIRE
From the fluffiest towels to the warmest bathrobes and softest slippers, we will provide you with everything you need during your spa session.

VALUABLES
We provide a secure place for your personal belongings in The SPA; however we do not accept liability for loss or damage.  We recommend you keep any valuable items locked in your room safe or at home.

SPA ARRIVAL
Arriving late may mean we need to limit the time for your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.  Please arrive at Hotel Julien ten minutes before your scheduled treatment so your Zen experience may begin from the moment you set foot through our doors.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The treatments you’ve selected have been reserved especially for you. If you are unable to make your appointment please inform us in advance.  No-shows and cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will be charged at full price.
